I have carefully selected my IDEAL CUSTOM WIG. I am completing and placing this order with the KNOWLEDGE that all custom wig orders are FINAL. No EXCHANGES, RETURNS, or REFUNDS, are allowed. I am also agreeing to understanding the processing time to complete my custom wig request, which is 7 to 14 business days UNLESS I have chosen to add the RUSH FEE to my order. Lastly, I understand that all custom wig orders will require a signature upon delivery as evidence that I have received my order.

This service includes a complete take-down of the current wig, reconstructing the wig using our method, re- customizing the hairline if needed, styling, and adding clips or band. if the lace on your current wig is older than 6 months, we highly suggest adding on a new lace to your wig service.
